Place the paper flat against a wall. Stand with your heel touching the wall and your weight evenly on the foot. Mark the longest toe and the widest points across the ball of the foot. Measure heel-to-toe length and the forefoot width at the widest marks.
Stand on a flat surface and measure from the back of the heel to the tip of the longest toe using a ruler. Repeat for both feet; use the larger measurement as your baseline.
Sneaker brands use different size systems (UK, US, EU). After you have your heel-to-toe length in centimetres or millimetres, compare it to each brand’s size chart.
